Choose your service

Pick from our options—development, scanning, printing, and more—and add them to your cart. At checkout, fill in your details. We’ll use the email you provide to send scans via WeTransfer. Choose your return postage and payment method. If you have special requests, add them in the notes at checkout or contact us with your order number.

Pack & send your film

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email with a Box Now parcel number and instructions on how to send your film.

Pack your film securely in an envelope or bag and include a piece of paper with your order number inside. Write the Box Now parcel number clearly on the outside of the package.

Take your parcel to a convenient Box Now locker, enter the code from your email and follow the instructions on the screen to send it. Your film will then make its way to us completely free of charge.

If you happen not to have a Box Now locker nearby, please contact us to discuss an alternative way to send your film.

Once we receive your film or negatives, we'll send you a confirmation email and prepare them for processing in our lab.

Get your photos back

Once your film is processed and scanned, we’ll send you a WeTransfer link to download your images. Your negatives will be returned with any film, merch, or cameras you ordered—unless you select the “Dispose of my negatives” option on the product page. If you chose cash on delivery, your negatives and products will be shipped back with a payment request, and your WeTransfer link will be sent after payment is confirmed.
