Scan Resolution

Lite
1536 × 1024 pixels (≈1100 dpi) • ~0.7–1 MB
Ideal for web, social media and small prints.

Standard
3078 × 2048 pixels (≈2200 dpi) • ~4–5 MB
Ideal for everyday use, sharing and printing.

Max
7428 × 4988 pixels (≈5200 dpi) • ~20–25 MB
Ideal for large prints, archiving and detailed editing.

Max TIFF
7428 × 4988 pixels (≈5200 dpi) • ~220 MB
Uncompressed 16-bit TIFF. Ideal for professional editing and archiving.

Overscan
6000 × 4000 pixels (≈4000 dpi)
Includes the entire frame, film border and edges. Available in both Max JPEG and Max TIFF formats.

All resolutions and file sizes are quoted per frame. File sizes are approximate and may vary depending on the image. With Overscan, the usable image area may be slightly smaller, as the scan also includes the film border and edges.

We aim to keep all turnarounds under 2 working days.

Things can get a little busier during the summer rush and turnaround can sometimes go up, check the home page for current turn around times.

Our working days are Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 18:00
Notes

If your film is not cut we will cut 35mm negatives into strips of five and 120/medium format negatives into strips of three—let us know if you need them left uncut!
